Moving too Fast?

๐ŸŠ ๐Ÿค” I meant to order three oranges but somehow bought 3 BAGS. Moving too fast, doing too many things looks like...a silly amount of fruit.

Not a big deal, this time. (I now need to figure out how to use three bags of oranges. Another task for the list! ๐Ÿ˜…)

When you realize that you're sacrificing attention for speed it's time to reset. In a quest to be hyper-efficient and juggle multiple tasks, we can end up with more than we bargained for, and not always in a funny way.

When under pressure - as many of us are - the mental and emotional overload that comes with trying to do too much, too fast will work against your progress - even though it seems like faster is better.

When stress leads to inattention - pause and reflect. Are you really moving towards your goals, or are you just moving? Sometimes, the best way to accelerate your progress is to decelerate.

Give yourself permission to make space for clarity and purposeful action.

If life gives you too many oranges, stop and enjoy the juice ๐Ÿงก
