At Cooper, and subsequently at Wipro, where I oversaw the North American strategic design team, I honed my expertise in organizational development and strategic planning.

In my recent role as SVP of Product and Service Experience at 2U/edX, I developed my skills in AI applications, enhancing customer experiences, and driving key performance indicators across large-scale technology teams.
