Plan B —> Plan BE!

🔥 Ditch your Plan B. Reframe it as your Plan BE! Instead of stacking-up fallback plans in case of failure, blend your ideas, values, passions, and strengths into a unified mission.

To begin, imagine a plan that doesn't start with "if I fail," but with "as I grow." This Plan BE integrates who you are and what you love into your current trajectory.

🐝 Identify your core values and passions. What drives you? What gives you a sense of purpose? These are your non-negotiables, the foundation of your Plan BE.

🐝 Assess your strengths and skills. How can they serve your values and passions? How can they be applied or expanded in new ways?

🐝 Try out conversations or bite-sized projects or activities as a way to test out various aspects of your Plan BE. These mini-experiments allow you to explore new interests, skills, or community engagements with low risk and high flexibility.

🐝 Start to envision a path that allows these elements to coexist and complement each other. This might mean pivoting in your career, embarking on a passion project, or weaving your interests into your current role.

A Plan BE is dynamic; it evolves as you do. It's a plan that encourages exploration, learning and purpose right away - instead of waiting for the perfect plan and moment to take action. It's about creating a life where work, play, and purpose are aligned, not alternative.
